ii.   Tru reserves the right from time to time and at any time to cancel, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, or amend the                      Prize Draw or these rules with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or                      actual fraud).

        iii.  In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct or result of the Prize Draw, the decision of Tru shall be final                      and binding and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

        iv.  Every customer that places an order with Tru between 1st February 2021 and 31st May 2021 will automatically be entered                      into the Prize Draw. A purchase is not required to enter the Prize Draw and entries without purchasing can be made by                            clicking on relevant Tru-Diamonds advertisements and following the instructions to enter without purchasing. Entries are                        limited to one per entrant.

        v.   Winner(s) will be chosen at random on or before 15th June 2021 and all eligible entries received by midnight on 31st May                        2021 will be included.

       vi.  To enter the Prize Draw you must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Monark Global Limited or its                     group companies, any company involved in the Prize Draw, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Tru,                     are not eligible to enter. Proof of identity and age may be required and Tru reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all                         entrants. Entries will be void if coming from any country or territory where they are prohibited by law. 

      vii.  One winner will receive the £1,000 Cash Prize which will be paid by cheque or bank transfer within seven days of the winner                   being confirmed. 100 winners with receive £50 Tru-Diamonds shopping vouchers.

     viii.  The prize winners will be notified via email. The winner’s name will be announced on air and may also be published on the                       Tru-Diamonds website and social media. If a winner does not respond to Tru’s email within 7 days of being notified by Tru,                     then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tru shall be entitled to select another winner at random from all remaining                           entrants (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).               If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tru shall               be entitled to select another winner.

      ix.   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative for the £50 shopping vouchers. Tru accepts                   no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

       x.   Tru accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result                 of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Tru further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other                   person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize                       Draw. Tru accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be                           delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Tru.

      xi.   The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw including being featured in Tru                       social media and the winner shall participate in such activity on Tru’s reasonable request such as a blog featuring winner’s                       experience of prize. The winner consents to the use by Tru and its related companies of the winner's image, photograph and                 name and town or city of residence for publicity purposes in any medium including any websites hosted by Tru and its related               companies and on any social media account controlled by Tru, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter                   accounts and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in                         entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

     xii.   By entering the Prize Draw you agree for Monark Global Limited and its selected partners to contact you with newsletters                       and/or future product offers that Tru believes may interest you. If you would prefer not to receive these offers you will be                       given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that Tru sends to you or please email service@trudiamonds.co.uk
