But in the unlikely event any of your gems get damaged or dislodged from their mountings, we’ll give you replacement gems free of charge - you pay only £9.95 shipping and insurance for us to send your gems to you. Alternatively, we’ll replace the entire item with a brand new one for a nominal fee of 15% of its regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement. You pay return shipping but we do not charge for shipping your replacement item to you. To claim in terms of this guarantee, please email service@trudiamonds.co.uk and attach a photograph of the item showing the missing or damaged gem(s). As soon as we receive your email and photo, a Customer Service Associate will contact you to process your claim. Please do not send the item back to us until we contact you. 

Tru-Diamonds™ settings last for decades, if properly cared for. Some customers who purchased jewellery as far back as 2004 tell us their settings are still in pristine condition. But a setting can be affected by many things including creams, lotions, detergents, grit, dirt, etc. So, if your setting does become worn or tarnished, we’ll replace it with a brand new one for just 15% of our regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time it is returned. To claim against this warranty, please email service@trudiamonds.com and attach a photograph of the item you wish to replace. As soon as we receive your email and photo, a Customer Service Associate will contact you to process your claim.
